Store Policies

Much Love is strictly 21+. Everyone entering the store or picking up an order must show valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. We cannot make exceptions, and we may refuse service if we cannot verify your age.

Once online reservations launch, reserved items will be held for pickup for a limited time, shown when you reserve. The person who made the reservation must collect it and show matching ID. Payment is taken in store at pickup.

Prices on the site and in store may change without notice. If a price was listed in error, we will let you know before you pay. Stock moves fast, so availability online is not guaranteed until your items are in hand.

Ask the team in store or call us for accepted payment methods. Sales tax is added at checkout in store.

For returns and exchanges, please keep your receipt and original packaging, and talk to the team in store about any issue with a product.

Please inspect glass before you leave the counter. Handblown glass is one of a kind and may have small variations that are part of its character, not faults. Ask the team about our breakage policy before you buy.
