You must be at least 21 years old to use this site. By confirming your age at the age gate and using the site, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may ask for valid government-issued photo ID in store, including at pickup, and may refuse service without it.

We try to keep product details, photos, prices and stock information accurate, but errors can happen and the shelf changes quickly. Prices and availability may change without notice. Product photos are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item in store.

Products are sold for lawful use only, by adults 21 and over, where legally permitted. You are responsible for using them in line with the law and the manufacturer’s instructions.

When online reservations launch, a reservation holds items for in-store pickup and payment. It is not a completed sale. We may decline or cancel a reservation, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or valid ID cannot be shown at pickup. Hold times and pickup details will be shown when you reserve. See our Store Policies.

The Much Love name, logo, artwork, photography, text and design of this site belong to Much Love or its licensors. Do not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their owners.

• Do not interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to access it by automated means without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
