This Privacy Policy explains how Much Love (“Much Love”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit this website. By using the site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information you give us. If you join our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we collect the details you include in your message.

Information stored on your device. The site stores a small amount of information in your browser’s local storage so it works as expected:

• your age confirmation, so you are not asked again on every page;
• the contents of your bag, so it is still there when you come back.

This information stays in your browser. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site secure and working. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also collects information about how you use the site (see Cookies & Local Storage below).

• To send the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

• To comply with the law, including age requirements for the products we sell.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, analytics provider (Google Analytics) and (once online reservations launch) our menu and ordering partner. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or staff.

The site uses browser local storage for the age confirmation and your bag, as described above. Our Visit page can show an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google and subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. The map only loads if you allow “Maps & Embeds” in our cookie banner, or click “Show Map”. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Analytics cookies are only set if you allow “Analytics” in our cookie banner. If you do not, Google Analytics may still receive basic, cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed) that cannot be used to identify you. We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics is provided by Google and subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. You can change your choices at any time using “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of every page.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and clear locally stored data in your browser. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. Nevada residents may send us a request not to sell their covered information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information.

This site and our products are for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
